I contract millions of dollars in goods and services every year.  From the man who answered the phone on Sunday and promised a phone call back in one hour ( and did it ), to the very pleasant and informative service tech. who did the job, I am impressed.  I have already told several people about you and would be happy to offer a testimonial.  I am a very satisfied customer.  There is a reason you have been in business so long!  Good work, very professional!       What a great young man!  Chris is fabulous.  He is courteous, efficient, and caring.  You can't find qualities like these always in one person, but Chris certainly fills the bill.  He took care of my septic tank and, true to what he suspected, it was not the cause of my plumbing problems, though the plumber I called insisted " it's the septic tank".  Chris was so tactful.  Instead of calling the plumber " wrong" or worse, he suggested I might want to get a second opinion.  Finally the toilet overflowed again and I called another plumber who immediately found the problem.  There was a small plastic lid that had gotten into the toilet trap and every time it moved I had an overflow.  He took the toilet up off its base, removed the plastic lid, all within an hour, and my problem was finally solved.  An expensive " lid" which certainly taught me not to dump kiten water into the toilet ever again.  And sadly, it means a very lean month for me, but it validates everything Chris had to say.  I feel very blessed meeting Chris and with a young man like Chris in your employ, you can be rest assured you have my loyalty to Evergreen.  I will certainly recommend him and Evergreen.  Please let Chris know how very much I appreciate all he has done for me.  Thank you.  Also I want to compliment you for having such a delightful young lady, Wendy, answering your telephones.  She is bright, couteous, and so knowledgeable about your services.  Being your first line of contact with a customer, She's the best. I've been using your service for years now and I must say it's a pleasure to deal with you.  The service has been incredibly fast and the staff has been great.  Yesterday I had a "Domestic Disaster" Cory was here in two hours,and the problem was fixed 30 minutes later!  Today, Scott installed two risers in the time it would have taken me to get my tools out.  I have and will continue to recommend Evergreen Sanitation!
